This guy is asleep at the wheel. Poor communication skills. Misses deadlines, lots of excuses and is not able to move matters to resolution without resorting to litigation. Smooth talker but little follow through.

I am a practicing lawyer and I retained Mr. Wenngatz for a personal proceeding against me. As I had expected, he was highly effective, well prepared and displayed a strong court presence. It can be difficult to get in touch with him on occasion as he is extremely busy. It was worth the wait to have Mr. Wenngatz represent me. He is a highly skilled advocate for those lucky enough to be represented by him. I would not hesitate to retain Mr. Wenngatz in the future and I highly recommend him to other people needing to retain legal counsel.

I have to agree with the other reviews - the worst laywer. Art got assigned to my case as my original lawyer relocated. I don't even think that he works on my behalf. Never responds to emails or phone calls, even when urgent attention to the case is required. My application for divorce was rejected as it wasn't filled out completely, which is shocking for a partner at a law firm charging $400/hr. I've waited 4 months only to have my application rejected. Still hasn't responded to my email asking for help from July 2013...8 months later!

Absolutely the worst lawyer. Never returns phone calls. Put me and my kids at risk by not putting a custody order in place (ex threatening to take kids out of the country) so I FIRED him. Don't waste your time and money. He should of paid ME!

I hired Arthur because a friend had used him and he did a fabulous job in Court. But My ex was terrorizing me and refused to show up in Court. I could not get Art to return my calls or emails unless I called multiple times in a short period of time., He allowed my ex to liquidate all our assets because he would not put a separation agreement in place or freeze our assest as requested. I went thru hell because we could not get a child custody agreement in place and finally had to use a restraining order to solve the problem. When I finally did track Arthur down he made excuses and often blamed me for things not progressing. I was only billed when I pushed (showed up in his office) to get something done and then they were large and impossible to pay. I would not recommend this lawyer.

Mr Wenngatz is the absolute worst when it comes to returning your calls. He does not keep you up to date on your file, and only calls when it's time to pay a bill. Screw off!

STAY AWAY! PROBABLY THE WORSE LAWYER!!! Will not respond to your messages or phone calls + extremely expensive! His assistant and him simply ignore you UNTIL you need to make a payment!

went of vacation twice in the 5 months before i decided to go with another lawyer. my phone calls to her where ignored and not responded to. he kept information about documents the other lawyers were filing against me. was very expensive for the little work that he did do. seemed rushed and unorganized and his assistant was just as bad do not hire this lawyer
