Mr labenski was sloppy, never returned my calls, and wasted many months of my time, which caused big delays in resolving my issues. Then his firm presented me with a whopping bill, which I fought.

I also found this lawyer to be very ineffective. He seemed to be too chummy with the lawyer for the other side as well. Definitely was not worth the money.
