Ongoing issue for 6 months Called repeatedly to speak with someone about a settlement that I have with this firm, and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude from the start. I attempted several times to request to speak with someone else, which she refused. I have left message they go unansweredd. I am told repeatedly that they will look into it next week Apparently, customer service (or just manners) is something they care nothing about.
