I use Ms. Lefler in an appeal of a TPR hearing. I asked her when she first got the transcripts to send me a copy so that I could put the therapist on report for committing perjury in the course of the courts investigation. However, Ms. Lefler refused to give those to me in it was more than a year before I got them. She had failed to point out the inconsistencies and corruption of this court the fact that they used a convicted perjurer Albert J Slinger as their lead attorney are that the judge had a vested interest in the Guardian ad litem program. She lost the appeal, still got paid, and was very sorry for losing the other case. I would recommend that nobody user for the TPR process as she is just not that good and is probably corrupt. Not only have I not seen my daughter in many years but my son has not seen his sister in many years as well. Well done Ms. Lefler.
