Hired Blair Durham for a rear end collision. After 18 months I received a $12,500 settlement. He received $4,166 and I received $3,014. The rest went to physical therapy, radiology, doctor visit and other fees. They really didn't help me to receive all the money I could have gotten. Don't believe the commericals.

This attorney will promise to keep you informed until you sign their contract and then you are on your own. Blair Durham is found lacking in all of the categories you used to evaluate, plus he is obstinate and disrespectful. A claim was filed with the Nashville Bar Association without response. Blair Durham breeches his own contracts.
