This lawyer is a complete idiot, his submissions are long-winded; and his defence is derivative at best, he is clueless on how to develop a good defencive strategy. He should just resign from law altogether. Law is for creative-minded strategists, not fools who just look in their gowns.

Notwithstanding this lawyer's rather limited university education, he is by far a good litigator. You will soon discover that this lawyer when he reads your disclosure, he flips the pages rather quickly, he will promise you that your in good hands. A diligent resourceful lawyer does not do what Mr. Robbins does. They invest quality time in reviewing your disclosure, they sit down with you and discuss strategy and comfort in knowing that the Crown does not have a case as they, your lawyers ensure that Full Answer & Defence, something Mr. Robbins doesn't understand as most lawyers protect your rights under the said charter. Mr. Robbins doesn't even know how to draft a Charter Application. And even if he did know, he'll screw it up. I strongly suggest that you stay as far away from him as possible.

This so-called lawyer is a poor pathetic excuse of a lawyer, he's annoying at times to listen to and lacks a sound overall knowledge of the law. He is by far an incompetent lawyer. He also at times sends his employees to court to speak to a matter. His submissions are derivative. The only thing going for him is his English accent.
