In my opinion Lin Wood has one approach that he applies to all cases. His desire to keep the baby Grayson out of the press was one major factor that resulted he a three year old being removed from his home, which he had enjoyed since birth, and place with a man with over 40 contacts with law enforcement, was unemployed at the time of the home study, who refused to take a drug test at the court ordered mediation (as a condition for visitation with the child), who made one token payment of $25 dollars in three year, who sent no cards, presents or letters requesting visitation or inquiring of the child's health. Mr. Wood criminal approach of keeping his client's case out of the media kept from exposing a child who had been determined by a licensed clinical social worker and CPS specialist to have been endangered by two judges in the case after their failure to follow appropiate protocals and failure to conduct a criminal background check or check the sex offender registery. He lost.
