I paid Anne to help me with a custody case and she didn't call back for weeks or months at a time. I got the court papers in the mail and they were nothing like what I agreed to. Called her and actually got a hold of her only because she was waiting for a status conference with a judge promised to call me back at 4 and never recieved her phone call...it is now 3 months later and still haven't heard from her...I had to get a copy of the court papers from the GAL cause they were never sent to me by her. I will be reporting Anne to the bar
