I have used this lawyer on several cases and is very pleased with his performance. As long as your honest with him he will defend you. He keep me informed each day and told me the outcome the do and don't and it work for me and he is reasonable with his price. Thank you Mr. Mosher for all you do.

I had him once b4 and all ge do is mk deals wit State even wen the evidence says ur innocent! This 19th judicial runs on a buddy system. All them hav lunch together and tlk about ur case and mk trades on ur life! The judicial system is aimed to keep innocent ppl locked up for financial reasons.He doesn't defend or present any evidence! Everyone thinks he is a gud lawyer, but they are wrong! Mosher will tell u one thing then wennu get to court the state is offering something different! Horrible lawyer its best if u find a jail house lawyer or public pretender,both are better and less expensive than Mosher!

This lawyer is not very affective with trial. I paid him and he did not do any research he just kept getting continuances for the case so when the trial came up u would think HE WOULD.be prepared he keep running over to the state. Attorney desk as if they had. Already. Planned the outcome and challenge him by his first. Name of course. He lost. But the bigger issue. Was that he did not present. Any of he evidence. That could. Have exuanted my husband. And did. Not want me to testify about. What i knew. To be a fact. I've been asking. People. Around. Town about this so called attorney. He is not right. U pay. For a defense attorney and he negotiation you. Deal. For. 10 AND 15 years so u may as well get a public. Defender. Hire Him and you will see you may. As well put. Your money. In a garbage and burn. It
