Eddie Tolmas is the worst most unethical lawyer. do not waste your money .. your better off with a court assigned attorney. He doesnt appear to even know what he is doing. He should have his license taken from him.

Eddie was almost a bigger nightmare than getting the DUI, he charged $2,500, I paid $2,000 upfront. I told him it would take me a couple weeks to get the rest. He started randomly showing up at my job, saying he needed the money right now! He changed the court date 5 different times, 2 of which he did not bother telling me about, so I showed up to court and waited. When he finally did show up to court, he showed up incredibly late, and really did not do anything. He told me to just take what they give me. Then he also told me that it "was not his fault that I drank and drove". I blew a .083, the prosecutor offered me a Wet Reckless, he told me I had no choice but to take it. He also showed up late to my DMV hearing and really did nothing productive during the entire hearing. Since then, I have looked up his record with the California Bar Assoc, he has repeated violations and has been in programs for substance abuse violations. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HE IS A NIGHTMARE AND DOES NOT CARE!!
