Mr. Collins handled my personal injury case. He was supportive, considerate, knowledgeable, and very approachable. He was kind and patient in aspects of my case that were difficult for me to deal with. He absolutely had my back and his empathy was genuine. I was kept informed every step of the way, my opinion and input was asked for and anything I did not understand was readily and simply explained to me.
