I had a very disappointing experience working with Raphael Levy. From the outset, I made it clear that the situation was urgent, as circumstances within our company had changed and we needed to reach a resolution quickly.
Unfortunately, Raphael did not demonstrate the speed or diligence the case required. After I provided him with our final offer on December 18, he failed to forward it to opposing counsel until mid January—effectively losing track of the matter altogether.
Midway through the process, he even suggested that we hire another lawyer, leaving us in a very difficult position with pressing deadlines and unresolved issues.
The entire experience was frustrating, costly, and stressful. I would not recommend Raphael Levy for any matter that is time-sensitive or high-stakes. Timeliness, accountability, and clear communication are essential qualities in a legal professional, and regrettably, those were lacking in this case.

He has a generally pissy attitude problem unless you make him feel like he’s the “man” so disorganized you will have to write 5 or 6 emails to get a reply and even then, he only replies to one or two items making a through process impossible, you would have to quit your job and be his assistant to work with this guy, he also refuses to make any minor improvements to help you out, his way or the highway real ego pride issues, he also makes agreements in writing for legal work and goes back on them when they don’t suit him, very low grade lawyer, lacks tact and basic business skills, you would be better off representing yourself than hiring this guy

These lawyers will pretend to know how to file an appeal and then they with fleece you for an exorbitant amount of money. They will lie and make excuses as to why it is not ready, they will condescend you treat you like garbage. They believe because they are lawyer they are superior to you. Don’t waste your money they are another bunch of vultures. Zero heart zero humanity they just want to make money of your pain and suffering. This is especially true of Tsotsis.

Raphy is a PHENOMENAL lawyer! Intelligent, professional, knowledgeable, honest, compassionate, dedicated & extremely detail oriented. Raphael & his team went above & beyond for me. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Me Levy And Me Tsotsis for their help with my case. They took all my questions and worries and lifted that weight off my shoulders and simply told me "we're here for you, we will take care of this". They did not disappoint. Divorces and custody battles can be very nasty and through my case they remained professional, respectful of and defended my wishes and didn't bombard me with budget damaging invoices. My experience with Raphael Levy and associates has been excellent. They were very in sync with industry standards and were very driven for accountability and results. I think what I appreciate the most is that when I was tired, frustrated and ready to throw in the towel, they used their experience, customer service skills and confidence to allow cooler heads to prevail, and in doing so, brought a long fought and labor intensive WIN and I am very pleased and with out hesitation, I would strongly recommend their services to any of my circle of friends and colleagues in need of a strong Civil Litigation Attorney! You need to find lawyers who really care about your case and listen to you. I strongly recommend the lawyers Mr. Levy and Ms. Tsotsis. They are very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. The rate is reasonable.

I would like to express my sincerely appreciation to Me Levy who helped with my family divorce case. My case was extremely difficult and before I met with Me Levy, the case was in very bad shape. Me Levy undertook this complex case and provided valuable advice and very professional representation in court throughout the lengthy case to make it successful. Atypical of many lawyers in my experience, Me Levy actually cared for the client's and their child's wellbeing. Me Levy was also very sharp and efficient in my case as well. Without him I would not have been able to clear my name and have proper justice done.

From what other lawyers say I should have won my case very easily. Instead we got blown out of the water. He did not want to present information that would have discredited other witnesses and was more interested in his future cases while we where in court. It is as if he did not care and was just going thru the motions. There where times when he even addressed the court and got my job title completely wrong. He avoids your calls once he has your money and when you do get a hold of him he talks down to you. He is more interested in big money cases as he offered to mail in his final arguments to the judge in my case so that he does not miss out on a big money case he had. I would have done better representing myself. He did however give me a discount for paying cash. I would never use him again or recommend him to anybody.

very unpathetic to his own clients. Treated us in a demeaning manner at times. Did not fight for our case like he said he would. Certainly not the stand up fighter we heard and thought he would be. He folded in court for his own future dealings in the court system than stand up and really fight for his clients. Extremely expensive and very hard on the pencil. We thought we were getting the best but by the end we got the worst. A legal aid unkown lawyer would have been better. We would not recommend him to anyone. His partner is either intimidated by him or she is just like him.

Almost every business, whatever its size, requires a lawyer's advice. That's why Levy Tsotsis attorneys truly listen to the interests, priorities and concerns of their clients. They posess the experience, the understanding, the availability and while having reasonable fees. They also identify potential problems in advance. I strongly recommend them they definitely give clients more than they pay for.

Mr Levy and his partner Ms Tsotsis, works for the benefit of their client. They study their opponent and do their homework before trial. They took interest in my concerns while taking time to explain to me what they were doing and why. Their professionalism was evident every turn along the way. In addition their legal abilities were excellent!

Pretentious, unsupportive, condescending, unprofessional and lacking important attorney aptitudes are just but a few words that come to mind after my experience. Raphael Levy and his partner: Evangelia Tsotsis are not knowledgable lawyers at all. They are way over priced for what little they know. Even legal aid would give you better advice. He is not worth the time even if he gave you a free consultation.
