I hired this firm to handle a contenious divorce. When I walked in, they rolled out the red carpet, making all kinds of claims that they were the best. They weren't, they were the worst. I was never able to get an attorney on the phone when I called, they would take weeks to return calls or emails, and they ended up hurting my case which cost me another 50K to fix the damage they caused. This law firm could be the poster child for the "GREASY SLEAZY SHISTER USED CAR SALESMAN LAW FIRM" of the century award. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM FOR ANYTHING>

I am a grandparent who hired Eliot Krieger to help me get custody of my grandchild. My daughter had taken my grandchild and hidden her from me despite the fact I raised the child. My daughter was a drug addict and in no condition to raise a child. Jarvis & Krieger went in and were amazing. I now have my granddaughter with me, she is doing really well in school, well adjusted and happy. Her mom visits her, but I now have control of the situation. I am so grateful to Eliot Krieger and the whole team that helped me at Jarvis & Krieger -- they saved my granddaughter. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I hired Jarvis, Krieger & Sullivan (when I hired them it was only Jarvis & Krieger) to handle my custody issue. I had essentially lost custody with my last attorney and hired JK&S as a last resort. The team JK&S put together for me was amazing. Gina, my paralegal, is incredibly responsive. Eliot is understanding, really knows the law, and came up with a great strategy to get my son back. He also responded to my calls and questions immediately (something that I had not experienced before when working with other attorneys). My case ended up with an extensive trial on custody issues, and JK&S really "kicked butt." They were amazing in court and I got more than I asked for. They made my ex's attorney look like an amateur. I could not be more pleased and now I am with my son-- something I had lost before I went to see Eliot Krieger.

I am an over 50, professional male & last December I visited Eliot Krieger to represent me in filing for divorce. Selection was because they advertise that they will “provide a team of skilled lawyers” … “among the best in California” .. “that will care and fight very hard for me to win my case at a reasonable fee”… using their “skilled & competent staff”. “They will let me know my Legal Rights, Right from the Beginning” …. I’m a bit of an over-organized individual & went to Mr. Krieger well organized. After seven months of slow responses, documents that contained errors, an arbitration that was for more than what I could have settled with my spouse in the beginning, on my own, and legal fees that were approaching 2 ½ times the amount of the original estimate, I terminated. A fairly straightforward case turned out to be more expensive from in settlement & out of pocket legal fees and it was taking more time than what I believed to be reasonable.
