Michael Frame represented my son in Havisu. His communication skills were very poor and generally left us confused and feeling as if we were a bother to him. We paid the full retainer as agreed then towards the end of the case he accused my son of forging a letter which my son did NOT forge. He claimed that this was justification for his dropping the case...cold! He clearly was just looking at an excuse to get out of work. We were shocked at his lack of professionalism and poor communication skills. I would definitely steer clear of his council as he is untrustworthy and non-communicative and generally unhelpful. We had to hire another lawyer and pay a new retainer fee to start over on the case.

Mr Frame was more than willing to strongly represent us when offerred his retainer fee. However, when we could not come up with the retainer and he was appointed to us as a Public Defender, he made no effort to negotiate on valid issues whatsoever.He should not call himself a public defender, rather just a hired legal representative if one has the funds. Even in such a case, be aware of whether he has any inclination of passion for your case. If you have the unfortunate problem of having Michael Fram as your court appointed Public Defender, give up or represent yourself
