Took retainer no follow up, vanished. Refused for months to respond to Florida bar complaint. Hasnt withdrawn from case leaving me stuck and unable to file on my own. Been sitting in the system with numerous requests to withdraw for 7 months.

Attorney Aquafresca is a great example of a certified and knowlegdeable trial attorney. I was very scared before I met her because I was facing really daunting charges. Heather worked wonders with the state attorney and in the courtroom and changed my life.

Heather is one of the best lawyers I have seen out there! Seriously this lady can work miracles and knows her sh*t! Her fangs come out when they need to and I am very happy with the outcome of the cases she has worked on for me I have referred MANY people in criminal and family matters to her and they all say the same. Just like ANY AND EVERY lawyer out there she was busy... and wasn't always available when I called... BUT ALWAYS found the time to talk to me whether it was at the end of the day or a couple days later.. she always communicated with me.
