	10/21/11	1	1	1	1	1	He was informed when he was retained that DSS had been involved with the family before and he still took our money (and kept it) knowing he would have to disqualify himself later because he is a lawyer for DSS. Spent $1500.00 on getting one court date at which nothing was accomplished. Now we have to save the money for a retainer for another attorney.
