This lawyer is the devil. She ruins lives of children and families.Stay away from her. She is soulless. She has no compassion. She just wants money and her arguments in court are superficial. I lost my case because of her lack integrity and professionalism.

Does not work your case until the last minute. Forgets mandatory or key deadlines. Prefers to postpone things on and on and get your cash. Will never answer or return calls, even in case of emergency. Will improvise anything in court. Pretends a lot but doesn't do much.

Excellente avocate. Ses dossiers sont bien montés et comprend très bien les besoins de ses clients. Son expérience est indéniable et sait très bien où elle s'en va. Tenace elle fait aussi preuve de vivacité. Elle réorganise sa stratégie dans le temps de le dire si besoin est. Plus chère que bien d'autres avocats, elle en vaut tout de même le prix. Je la conseille à 100%

Very bad experience, you will loose your case, your money if you go with this lowyer. She really doesn't care and like many others say, she will postpone every time she had a chance to make more money (she actually charge you by the hour) when she postpone the court.

I am very unhappy with this lawyer. As soon as she took my case (which to her opinion had a 100% chance of success) she acted with no sense of urgency in a case where there needs a custody ruling to protect the kids from being kidnapped abroad. 2.5 months later she had postponed the initial court date 3 times and still wanted to postpone it again. She hadn't yet worked on my case and wasn't prepared enough to appear in court. Nothing had been done for 8 weeks straight. I had to find myself another lawyer. In an already very stressful situation, no matter how "simple and easy" it is to win a case, you need someone you can count on, who actually works on the case and makes it go forward. So 2.5 months in, I decided that I was better off finding myself another lawyer.

Me Heyeur is one of the best. She tells you everything you need to know and sets realistic expectations. Let be real , in divorce cases you cannot win everything. I had a desperate case, but by following her advice and getting her expertise my son comes to visit and spend time with me regularly ! Merci maitre Heyeur.

I needed SOnia to prevent an International Abduction to occur, and then to get half-custody of my daughter. She was extremely fair with me. She did told me what was good for my dauther and for winning our cause, rather than telling me what I wanted to hear. When dealing with a separation trial, you get sometimes very emotional, and full of anger. She kept me very rational and we finally finish winning our cause from A to Z. For the legal paper work, she has a younger lawyer who worked on the file, and she was fair enough to charge accordingly. She did not pretend anything wrong and gave me the real story. She starts working very soon and even on week-ends, so it's quite easy for me to arrange our meetings whitout taking hal a day off.
