Good value as I did not pay anything, but an emotinally difficult experience as did not know estate law and misled us drastically. His secretary may have known more but communication was clearly lacking between them. He actually told me, since an Affidavit would sit in a pile at the court house for two to three months before being processed, "what's the rush" getting it over to the court house, wow! Trying to settle an estate became unnecessarily more difficult. When he told me to call for an appointment to sign the affidavit and the secretary called me instead, I learned they had not done any of the preliminary work and she was not calling at all for a final meeting, she wanted initial information that had already been provided to him thorugh numerous emails. On a positive note, I learned to ask how long it would take between having all of the information gathered and preparing and signing an Affidavit and then how long to file it with the court.
