I recommend Mr. Fedorsen without reservation. If you want to win, you can't find a more skilled lawyer. He certainly exceeded my expectations. In a nutshell, look no further :)

This office was recommended to me by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my other friends or family either if the need ever arises. They are professional and don't sugar coat anything with relation to your case, very straight forward and honest.

The ridiculous review from January, 2019 prompted this evaluation. In part, the review is correct. Mr. Fedorsen does not pander to anyone and is very rigid in the management of the expectations of a Client. He is one of the most devoted, hard working lawyers at the Criminal Bar. He is also a brilliant Courtroom tactician and knows how to “cut to the chase.” If FRED Fedorsen tells a Client he has a difficult case ahead of him, it’s only because he is painfully honest. Once you get over that hump, the man throws his heart and soul into defending every right his Client Has.

Useless lawyer who will guarentee that you are punished to the maximum extent of the law, while he is pretending to defend you. This is my opinion after dealing with this bafoon over the course of 1.5 years. Steals your money and gives you only bad news from the start. I did my own research and saved myself. This man does not know anything about 11(b) charter motions or the law in general (my opinion based on my time working with him). Complete fool in my opinion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS YOUR DREAM VACATION DESTINATION IS PRISON! Either me means well and is just stupid, or he is blatantly out to take your $ and ruin you...again, all of this is my opinion based on my experience with this neanderthal

Was recommended highly by a friend. And I recommended him to another. All results were positive (a 1997 DUI). First thing he did to me was to 'read me the riot act' for my stupidity (he was right)... and then he went on to get the charges dismissed. I never saw it coming...and me on video - at the Police station - admitting everything. After the Crown presented the case we broke for lunch - he TOLD the Crown it would be dismissed (she laughed). After he presented the arguments in 15minutes - another recess - the judge came back and it was done. Very impressive in the courtroom. In University I worked part-time at a Law Firm in Toronto - too embarrassed to use them, and glad I didn't. There are never any guarantees and you should never expect that...But he was brilliant for me - Of course I learned from this and never plan to use him again !!! Cheers Fred.... SSampson
