I don’t recommend Tim as an attorney. My experience with him was eerily similar to the two previous reviews of him here in 2011 and 2012, respectively. He’s argumentative, non-communicative, does the bare minimum (if that), will complain or sigh when asked questions where he might have to do actual work, complains and sighs when asked questions that he doesn’t know the answer to because he’s not doing work for you as an advocate and has to go find answers, he doesn’t have answers to easy questions on your case because he’s not very involved, and if he’s asked questions and he has to go find the answers, he will be mad at you for asking - accusing you of arguing with him. He literally will yell at clients. I think he has some personality problems and issues that don’t lend themselves well to working with clients as an attorney. It’s almost a mix of not wanting to be an attorney anymore, thinking that clients and the court are a hassle, along with anger, narcissism, and laziness.

Tim Smith sucks. I agree with the the other person that left a comment about Tim Smith. My salary changed and I made less money and he didn't do anything to help me. A lawyer is supposed to represent you and help you, but he on the other hand is a piece of****. I don't recommend Tim Smith at all.

If you use this Attorney to file your Chapter 13 bankruptcy he will file it, get his money and forget you. If their is a problem during the duration of your bankruptcy he will not return phone calls and if he does he will tell you he will do things that he never does. Consumers beware of this attorney if you need a bankruptcy attorney that will really represent you during the duration of your bankruptcy. Dealing with him as an attorney is a nightmare.
