WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Terrible communication if any at all. They never respond to emails in a timely fashion, are extremely unprofessional. They don't return calls either. I highly recommended using ANY other law firm. They totally dropped the ball and were totally unprepared for my case at trial.

Not sure about the other comments? Lee represented me well and I was able to communicate with his assistants pretty directly. They're a lot bigger firm than I thought!! In the end I was happy with my settlement and it took an average amount of time based on what I've heard. I have already and would reccomend

I hired this firm so I could have peace of mind, my attorney was Steve Ballard, partner of the firm, also worked for ICBC before. Didn't think anything at the time regarding him working for ICBC, until things starting getting shady. He told me to " find a job " this a personally injury Lawyer .. told me he tells all his clients to find a job. My medical records that were not relevant to the injuries, were all given to ICBC. That is a violation of the privacy act ! But .. hey he said oops Sorry. Now I have the headache to Sue the firm for negligence. My personal advice, don't hire a lawyer that was on ICBC payroll .. you be wondering hmmm if the lawyer is working for you or against you...yikes !

I thought my case was represented well throughout the entire time.. I was happy in the end. Not sure about the other ratings but i was answered pretty promptly and understood what they were doing. Positive overall thoughts. My mom just recently went to them as well

The folks at the Heather St. Cowley were incredibly attentive and handy. I got in an incident last year for the first time and my friend convinced me to talk to Cowley to see how I can be helped. They were very attentive through out the entire process. Definitely a great firm to consider if you're ever in a vehicular incident and need representation.

I found Mr. Cowley to be an extremely well qualified lawyer who is able to handle many types of car accident cases. He is very knowledgeable in the field, and works quickly and efficiently. He listens to your concerns, and makes an effort to put your mind at ease. I would definitely recommend Mr. Cowley to my friends and family if they ever needed a lawyer for a car accident.

Most lawyers have a sliding scale based on how a personal injury case is handled like if it is handled before discovery the lawyer gets a certain percentage then if it is handled after discovery then a lawyer gets a higher percentage then if it goes to trial the lawyer gets an even higher percentage up to the legal maximum of a third or 33.33 percent but Cowley only has a flat fee of 33.33 percent no matter when it is settled. In this way he attempts to take advantage of unsophisticated personal injury victims.

This firm was excellent. They took my case right to trial because I kept getting low offers from the insurance co. It was a long process but they informed and educated me throughout the process. In the end, I actually got more then what I expected. I also found that I was referred to all the right people on the medical field. The fact that Lee had been a chiropractor was a great help because he knew all the right people to help me get better. Anyways, I have already sent my best friend and and boss to the firm. They are both with them now. Thanks Cowley & Company!!!

It's hard for me to believe that anyone could say anything bad about this firm. I had a GREAT experience with Cowley & Co. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking better than average results for a personal injury claim. The staff are very professional and super friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the office. They were prompt with returning my calls and messages and always kept me informed as to the progress of my file. I have had nothing but a great experience with this lawyer from my first interview all the way up until my settlement. I felt very comfortable and confident that my claim would be taken care of as soon as I met Lee, and it was. I received a settlement that was beyond my expectations. I felt the communication with the staff was very effective and to the point. All of my questions and concerns were addressed at some point if not right away.
