This attorney heads a law group that agreed to get a modification on my home loan. They took $2250.00 out of my checking account and did absolutely nothing in return. My home mortgage is now in default because of the poor advice and direct result of Chris and his company doing nothing. Citimortgage is now working with me to try to get me a modification on my home loan. I wasted many hours faxing Chris and his company almost 100 pages of documents (that I have to turn right around and do again). Not to mention a whole month of salary they took from me. Hopefully my home wont be auctioned off before a decision is made. Chris broke the law just taking money from me as Florida passed a law that it is illegal to take money up front for home modifications. That alone should send him to prison not to mention the money he stole from me!!!

I feel Chris is a great Lawyer but his office staff is really bad about returning calls and I play phone tag more than really talk to someone. I feel they don't try to help you with your account. They just looked at my husband 401 and said we needed to pull it out to get current I could have done that on my own without paying him a fee to get this done.
