11/27/11   1     1     1     1     1   DISGRACEFUL ATTORNEY. Worked for this person in 2011. He was(is) a terrible manager/attorney. Belittles and insults his own employees before others. Interrogates them via leading questions; uses questions to pigeon-hole them or to force them to admit fault/inadequacies. Turnover rate was every 6 months OR LESS. One 8th year attorney worked for him for 3 days, another for 1 week and another for 1 month. This all occurred BEFORE I began working for him. Once screamed that in his 20+ years of practice, he has hired over 200 persons. Frequently relies on law clerks/recent admittees b/c they're NOT familiar with him. Known as a "****" attorney and a joke. Main source of advertising is in radio/tv. Office DOESN'T HAVE westlaw or lexis. Books he uses are outdated. He "outsources" his legal research to law clerks, using their westlaw/lexis. Doesn't review documents before submitting them. Being sued for malpractice by at least ONE FORMER CLIENT, and TERMINATED by another. RID: 55928
Click to report rating    11/12/11   2     1     3     1     1   Antisemitism ruined 15 years of exemplary service. My employer covered up requests for help. 4 examiners sided 100% in my favor. Terrel Spent $250,000 of his money on my case over 3 years, took 33 depositions, paid for 10 days of court & passed summery judgment. Then abandoned my case 5 days prior to trial. He lied to the judge saying he didn't know of my recordings of the defendant, when in fact he used them during depositions. 1. How can a judge approve Terrell's request to leave me when in fact he knew that Terrell used the tapes while deposing witnesses? 2. Witnesses ready to testify that Terrell instructed them to listen & categories the tapes, but the judge didn't allow them, telling me that the appropriate introductions were not made. The fact that I'm not an attorney, plus I didn't know why we were in court, one would expect a judge to reschedule & give me time to bring witnesses. Instead he granted Terrell's request to leave my case just 5 days prior to trial. 424-22 RID: 55025
Click to report rating    10/18/11   1     1     1     1     1   My case number is BC377895 which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court in 2007. Case name is Siedenburg v. County of Los Angeles. My case was handled by Leo. I was reporting fraud and abuse within the In-Home Supportive Service Program (IHSS) which is funded by taxpayer monies. Terrell mishandled and lied about my case to me. Terrell who is supposed to be a civil rights attorney did not advise me about my own civil rights as a civil service employee. At a mediation, Terrell yelled at me and said that I would be terminated by my employer. He never mentioned the Civil Service Commission. Nor was I informed that I had the right to a Skelly hearing. Instead Leo consistently yelled at me and told me that I would be fired for releasing confidential information to others. He would not tell me what that information was and to date never has. I believe Leo saw easy money and wanted to settle my case quickly because he needed the money. My advice for others is to skip this attorney. RID: 53490
