Interned for BLF in 2019. Saw a lot of people helped by Mr. Budigan’s representation and consultation. If an attorney can afford to train a staff of paralegals, and teaches them real law practice, that is a successful and effective attorney.

I spoke with Mr.Budigan on the phone for the first time and found him extremely rude defensive and verbally abusive. When we started talking regarding the area of law my case is involved, I found him not knowledgeable. Definitely, I will not hire him.

He is very rude. Always talks down to his clients. Very unprofessional. Works out of his house and he calls it an office. Very disorganized with his paperwork. There were documents lying all over his "office"

I dodged a bullet early with Mr. Budigan. He called me saying he wanted to help, and sounded like he was sympathetic to my case. After I sent him all the documents he asked for, I had to call his office after not hearing from him for 2 days, only to be greeted by a condescending attitude. He talked down to me like I hadn't done anything for my case since it started, kept asking questions only to cut me off during responses, and then had the nerve to demand how I was going to pay him. I don't make a lot of money, and have some financial issues I'm dealing with - I was just looking for some help to get my son back home. After emailing him to say I no longer required his services, he emailed back with the same condescending attitude, saying, "Sorry to hear that, because it looks like you could really use the help since August." Beware of William Budigan, the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered.

He's in it for the money and try to practice all fields of law but doesn't know much.

I have consulted lawyers for over 40 years, and Bill is the finest I have ever encountered. His avenues to help me win my case were brilliant and the timing of resolution was faster than I had hoped for. I recommend him to anyone seeking legal advice and want to win!

Condescending lawyer to say the least. Acts like he knows it all, but he doesn't. Not good at returing calls. There are better lawyers out there!

Just wanted the money and fees, insulting to the client. Was not nice. Did not seems like he cared. exhausted all the money with no final outcome, we had to hire another attorney and teach him all over again. He didn't take this seriously. He should really work on trying to help, not his wallet or running for attorney general. What a joke!
