I had Stacey as a lawyer come in for the end stages of a six-year court battle. She was not the lawyer for the six years, after representing myself against George McFadyen the judge asked Stacy to help me with my case. She was very knowledgable and clearly communicated with me. She is a no **** kind of lawyer that doesn’t like fluff. She just wants to hear facts and get a resolution. I have no issues with her. She was available when I needed her or in short turnaround she is fair, but pulls no punches. In my case she didn’t promise me anything. She went to bat for me and got done in a very short time with Nancy. Pringle could not in a six-year court case. I do not feel that she is an intimidated .She went to bat for me and got done in a very short time with Nancy. I was pleased with the outcome, even if it wasn’t what I was thinking it was fair.

This woman ought to be dis barred and brought to justice as she allows her clients to blatantly lie in their affidavits and completely misrepresent themselves before a court that is supposed to represent honesty. Her and her client failed to disclose a previous alias name that I believe was withheld because her client had 2 previous children that I was told was apprehended by CAS and lost custody of these children due to the nature and conditions they discovered the children in during an execution of a warrant. So much for full disclosure to all parties involved but part of this lies on our honourless judges in Sarnia as they too allow this type of dishonest and disloyal conduct to continue as this client now has another greasy lawyer that practises in Sarnia. And I'm sure everybody can guess who the honourless judge is, nobody other than Sarnia's famous McFraudulent

Worst possible lawyer to get in dealing with family matters. As others have said, do not trust Stacey Huxtable she will blind side you in court. she will say one thing and do another. She will sign off on or get you to sign off on things without you knowing it. She will not explain things clearly to you. She will not explore other options for you. She does not work for you. Stacey Huxtable is horrible at her job. Good Luck.

I used Stacey to help me as enhanced duty counsel in two separate family court matters. In both cases I won, Her assistant is very helpful in communicating to make sure everything is done properly and on time, All my phone calls or emails were promptly retuned within 24 hrs. I did not have any issues they were very helpful in successfully getting me custody and support for my children.

Stacey was my lawyer in family court. She barley comunicated with me. She mis represented me on multiple occasions. She told me she was going to do one thing then totally bilnd sided me in front of a judge. Resulting in the ruling going against me. Dead lines were missed by her. She allowed the other party to get away with so many things. DO NOT TRUST STACEY!

When asked for specific actions to be taken in court only answers seemed to be t serve the convenience of others as opposed to action on behalf of the client. Very little interest in doing anything that would require an aggressive stance in court. Very nice person, much too timid to be effective. Also seems to favor CAS over her clients in some instances.

Legal Aid lawyer when you have no where else to go. Used to be the Childrens Aid lawyer. New kid on the block. Very intimidated by GM, Nancy Pringle and the rest of them in the court room. Takes a while to get into see her at her office. Already has a big workload as she is the last on the line before self representation....good luck!
