In 2004 when I had a $100 contractual disagreement with a stripper I was told to contact David by a London lawyer who told me I would be in good hands. He was right. Not Guilty in 45 minutes, & sweetheart Jane got by Trial her new boob job, after filing a false claim with the VCF, after a bit of a fraudulent film stunt at PH. Anyways, I would recommend if you need some seriously moralled and good quality legal representation to give David Stoesser a call. I sure am glad that I did, the ripple effect is worthy of meeting maybe with David one day on a sailboat to elaborate the train wreck of corrupted London Law that resulted afterwards, Oh, God, the Karma too, how the Law and that can intertwine when you least expect it. Be good, be well, but if you aren't, well, that is why we have people out there, some who always wanted to be a lawyer, like Mr. David Stoesser.

In 2004 I retained Mr. David Stoesser, who came recommended by a London lawyer who said I would be "in good hands" with him, and I was. In October 2005 a Jury found me Not Guilty in 45 minutes, and "confidence confirmed" my only remark to the Sarnia Reporter who covered my trial without releasing my name. My accuser, a 21 female stripper and "A cup" that April 2004 night and squabbler over $100, used the system to try and defraud the VCF out of many more dollars. David saw it instantly and asked for photos of her 35mm film. VCF Supervisor thanked me after for my call, and accuser forever after by trial had new and improved "C cups" to show off to the Jury, and forever arguement with said boyfriend whom fronted her the surgery money, after her May 2005 PH fraud photo submission to the Justice and Crown. I'm happy I paid good Mr. Stoesser $25K for this karma and law resolved. I would recommend him to anyone with a serious legal problem, and hope that he and family are all well.

Just going through lawyer reviews and saw this.. And gotta point out the obvious which is as long as Sarnia employs incompetent judges to over see serous cases then extreme bad judgments will continue ensue as they have in the past. Doesn't matter how good of a lawyer you have when the a lousy judge makes a poor decision. The truth is a Sarnia judge will have the final say. When that judge doesn't know their business it doesn't matter how good your lawyer is. A bad teacher without a clue going to work on your test is still a bad teacher. You do not even need defending if a judge is up on the law. Where is the judge's name who passed this sentence ? Because this is your real problem..not some lawyer doing their duty and being ignored to the point facebook lawyers out side of Sarnia can trump the decision. This lawyer is totally useless. He doesn’t know the law and will lie to you. He just makes a deal with the crown so he doesn’t have to put any effort into your defence. Stay away from this guy!!

Stoesser is a kind, compassionate lawyer. He not only represented me and was in the best interest of my freedom he also took the time to sit and listen to me in his office while tears rolled I was so stressed and he some how managed to take the load off my shoulders just by telling me everything was going to be okay. He was fare with his fee and I walked free. This lawuer changed my life for the better and I can't thank him enough for his time, his kind heart and his work ethic in the court room. He is a damn good lawyer. I would send anyone his way.

When looking for a criminal defence attorney Mr. Stoesser is definitely cut from a fine cloth and is the utmost professional quality attorney that you can have on your side(bar none ;). He not only understands the struggles you are up against, wether you are innocent or not but he makes it easy for you to feel like half of the pressure that is on you at all times has somehow dissipated(disappeared). He is known to go above and beyond(as in my case) when he is not required to at all and will also pull up details and aspects of your case that you may have never thought of before that may be very beneficial to your representation before a judge and impact their final decisions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who may have come upon some legal struggles, especially anyone who may be before the court for no wrongdoings based on their own actions. In short David Stoesser is a class act and the best criminal defence attorney that money can buy. This is my own personal experience here.

this guy didnt charge much but didnt even have a statement for the crown. Backed up the truck and dumped me in jail. I read a statement and the judge allowed a 30 year old charge to be read into evidence and used in my sentence. this is why people get beat up in sarnia jail. I should not have been there.

Excellent lawyer, very knowledgable does not over charge and get stuff done! Will fight for clients 110% easy to talk to and when you ask a question, you get an honest answer in terms everyone understands! Highly recommend

This man helped save my life. His skill and knowledge of the law is outstanding. If you need serious representation in court, Mr. Stoesser is the right lawyer for you. In my opinion he is the best criminal defence lawyer in Sarnia - Lambton.
