While I might not have vocalized my gratitude as much as I should have beyond a simple thank you email, I am truly grateful and full of appreciation to Brendan's efforts throughout my case. This review is long overdue, but I often find myself thinking about it quite often. Brendan's exceptional work in securing a deal that felt almost like magic, sparing me from criminal charges of evading police and dangerous driving and reducing them to HTA convictions of careless driving and a probation period. I'm convinced that no other lawyer in Milton would have achieved what he did. The impact that this outcome had on my life is immeasurable. GOT ME 30 DAYS HOUSE ARREST ON A COUPLE FRAUD CHARGES WITH NO PROBATION TO FOLLOW GOOD RESULT CONSIDERING MY RECORDS PRETTY BAD. WAS UPFRONT HIS OFFICE ALWAYS ANSWERS RETURNS CALLS AND ARE PRETTY COOL TO DEAL WITH. IF YOU WANNA MAKE A DEAL IN MILTON HES A GOOD CHOICE FROM MY EXPERIENCE.

Brendan is very knowledgeable. However, he is so smug and arrogant it is unbearable. He double and triple booked himself leaving us sitting around for hours, never returned calls and finally negotiated a guilty plea which was the same as the one on the Crown screening form. He spent most of his time at the courthouse trying to solicit new clients. If I again need a criminal lawyer, I would go to someone who puts the clients first rather than one trying to earn as much as possible.

We recently retained Mr. Brendan Neil for a criminal matter. We can say without hesitation that we are 100% satisfied with his work. He was totally prepared, skillful in cross examining Crown witnesses and superb in his summation to the judge. At this point in time we do not have the outcome of the trial as the jusge reserved decision, but regardless of the decision, we feel that Mr. Neil represented our interests in the best way possible. Mr. Neil is a rogue. He acts outside of the law and above the law. He mainly gets paid by Legal Aid money. If you are paying for a lawyer’s help, do not use him. He would leave you in a place both high and dry.

Brendan is absolutely a great counsel, professional to the core, understands how women cry wolf in this country! Stood by me throughout my proceedings and got my ex to admit during the line of questioning that criminal charges had been filed to gain advantage in the family court matters. The honorary judge dismissed both my charges and I was finally able to begin life in Canada. Today after five years in Canada, I have a company of my own, have got great hospitality projects on hand, worked hard and have a few properties in Oakville and the neighboring cities. I am grateful to have met men like Mr. Neil in this country and all my achievements would not have been possible without his support! A BIG thank you and God Bless!
