I went for a consult as I had done my first Bankruptcy with him in 2001. In 2008 he said I could file in 3 months and I retained him. I made several pmnts paying 2000.00 plus. Then he informed me that he made a mistake because the new legislation meant I could not file number 2 for 8 yrs instead of 7 as he had said. Waiting for the year to pass I ran into problems and was unable to file so it has dragged on. His idiotic secretary Sharon just got all froggy with me and said I had been using him, and they would no longer represent me. Using HIM? **** didn't know the law but took 2000.00 from me . This law firm is pathetic. D o not use him, or you will also be sorry.
