Does not show interest in his client. Poor communication or lack of. We constantly call to speak to him and can never get him to call back. Then he acts like he doesn't know anything or tries to work for his client.

Job performance proved to be a failure and lack of clients interest was of NO concern and costly, also! Not only was our case lost, but, at the same time of representation, a high profile street mob boss case was lost! DUE TO LACK OF REPRESENTATION! Thank GOD for state and local newspapers!!! And, thank GOD for the 1st amendment(freedom of speech)!

Why do lawyers take on so many cases knowing that they don't have time for them. It is impossible to get a decision overturned by the court of appeals. That is called poor represention they do not need to practice! !
