Took almost a year after closing to get closing documents and then only after threatening a Law Society Complaint. Was clueless about dealing with breaches by vendors, and just advised us to suck up the losses. Don't use this lawyer.

Cost me thousands of dollars in costs, lost land and it took 2 years to correct errors he made. Cannot sue for losses because Law pro is too strong and wealthy. Just have to swallow losses.
