I found Ryan to be very straight forward. He gave his opinion of my case to me without holding back. He thought I had a lousy case and he refused to budge from his position. I finally changed lawyers by going to one of the bigger firms. They were much more understanding of my case. They did some actual research and got me a great settlement. In the meantime, Ryan sent me a massive bill which exceeded the bill sent to me by Pitblado.
