I had a great experience with Cynthia Barthel! I am a father, and she helped me get my 2 kids out of a bad situation. Cynthia was reasonable, she was compassionate and timely, and communicated professionally and promptly. If you're a single Dad, showing up to the courtroom with an angry male attorney is a No-No. Hire Cynthia - she won my case.

Took a case, was paid a retainer and filed one (1) set of paperwork, when that did not work she said she would file emergency paperwork and that was never filed. In other words, she does not follow-up or file the paperwork that is needed, she did not file anything to get a restraining order lifted, said we had to do that ourselves. We just asked her to find out what the restraining order was about and to get it lifted. She also sent myself and my son to the court house to file paperwork ourselves and we were told we couldn't do anything at that time, she should have met us there and helped with the paperwork.
