He took my divorce case in December 09 we went to mediation in February 10 he was late to meet me at Starbucks and visited with someone else for most of the time. We went to mediation BEFORE any discovery was done . There were several issues brought up that he did not pursue , debt my x wanted me to pay that had been refinanced and hence was new debt, a check my x wrote that I still have no idea if he picked up, he was to provide w2 for taxes it was not provided and I ended up owing $1000 , I added him back on my insurance under the pretense that once he was eligible for cobra the divorce paperwork would be signed and filed. I informed Mr B that I was not happy . He did not follow up on anything . I actually did not speak directly with him again up to the point I fired him in June . He sent me an absorbatent bill and then sued me for the money . I pity him that he has to strong arm people for his living rather than actually do a good job. Stear clear of him.

I was not told the price of a consultation, but was billed for it. He even threaten to take me to court if I did not pay him.
