He takes his time to contact you back. He screens his calls and never can give you an exact answer about your settlements. I would never use him again.

I have been with this man for over 3 years he keeps telling me the same bull
Now he claims there's a new state attorney and she hard I wish I had known I would have did it my self!!he has one excuse after another!!!

I had been struggling with my employer for years to obtain my benefits. Approximately 1-2 weeks before going to trial, I hired Joel Bell for fear of going before my employer's lawyers alone. I had already filed most of the court documents, but he refused to negotiate on his fees. On the day of the trial, I had to inform him of an error in the calculation of the amount of my benefits, he refused to fight for penalties and benefits that I was entitled to, and totally changed his demeanor toward me from friendly to argumentative and combative. I do not believe that he had my best interests at heart. I still won my case based on facts, but I did not receive the settlement that I believe I could or should have. He refused to address my concerns with the court after the hearing, stating that he no longer represented me. Beware of this wolf in sheep's clothing.
