As a lawyer, I take pride in handling and resolving disputes personally. However, I found myself in a bit of a bind when a claim was made against me. Monica was calm, profesional, and she managed to get the claim resolved in short order against a highly irrational and unstable party. She maintained professionalism but go the job done. The level of service far exceeded fees paid. She is a great lawyer to work with.
