Once I had paid Garth Dingwall I found him to be completely disinterested in pursuing my claim. Getting updates from Garth Dingwall was like pulling teeth. If you have a small to medium sized claim look elsewhere. Not satisfied with being over charged and very little attention or care was given. My case was dropped due to his inability to help me and me giving him a lot of money for literally nothing but a couple sticky notes of info and un returned emails. Would not recommend him to any one ever.

He is an excellent lawyer. I came to him after becoming involved in a lawsuit in a failed real estate deal. I saw several lawyers who could not do much to assist but he was able to achieve a positive outcome that I wouldn't have thought possible. This guy really knows his stuff. I would recommend to any family or friend having to go through litigation.

I could not get straight answers from him on my litigation. I thought he was being evasive until I discovered that he had just been called to the bar (2010). It was annoying in court in that he could not deviate from what he was told by his supervisors to say in court, even when the submissions to the Judge were going in an unexpected direction. It would have been beneficial to have an experienced lawyer capable of adjusting his submissions to the issues raised by the other side.I was not impressed by his lawyering skills.
