Avoid this law firm. Unprofessional, multiple change of lawyers, do not communicate- not responding to emails or phone calls. Mr. Consky is incompetent and was found guilty of having a conflict of interest representing his Aunt, though later dismissed.

Since I only have experience with Jennifer, it may not be fair to rate the entire practice with a poor rating, but she does represent them. Her communication is horrible. We don't inundate her with emails or phone calls. we ask her for updates every 3-4 weeks and she responds to every 3rd or 4th email. There is no way she'll return a phone call.

We (our company) came to Consky and Associates based on a very positive referral from a previous client of theirs and I am so glad that we did.
Each and every time we dealt with this office I was very confident in their honesty, experience and professionalism and we were never disappointed.
At all times I had complete confidence in Harvey's team and their advice and experience. Their costs were also extremely fair and transparent.
We are very happy to have had their help, they were successful with our cases and I would easily and happily recommend this firm to anyone.
There are many dubious law firms out there that seem to give Lawyers a bad name but this is definitely not one of them.

I met with him for an opinion on ongoing civil litigation . He was unable to halp me since his practice is mostly personal injury and some civil litigation. He was kind enough to refer me to several lawyers he knew specialized in the area of law I needed help in. Just a nice guy
