Horrible communication. Caused me so many issues I had to fire her and get a new lawyer. After being led on for a year and not doing what I asked her to do I finally found someone else that got it all done on 2 months. She was brought to court by another client for basically doing what she did to me and dis-barred for only one month. She has left many law firms. Seriously I wish no one else the same harm she did to me and others.

Now I understand why my lawyer was suspended. Extremely disorganized, communication is nil, after 5 years and many phone calls, emails, texts, she withheld the court judgement - had to get it on my own and now I see why. Legal advice was extremely inadequate. In 5 years, she had been at 3 different law firms and is now on her own. No staff, do not let her message fool you - get someone else and learn from my mistake.

As a lawyer who once worked on the opposite side of a case, I can say in all honesty that I understand why she has been disbarred for a month and also that she probably deserves to be disbarred for longer. I've never come across a colleague who was as ill-prepared, unreachable and as disagreeable as she. Good riddance. The Bar should be rid of her.

Terrible Lawyer. Our divorce after 7 months still not with a judge. She forgets paperwork, incomplete files, doesn't return phone calls or emails and if she does, it's weeks later. Don't recommend her. Move on!

I`ve had very good service, she`s thoroughly prepared for all situations and saw to it that I was confident every step of the way. I am so pleased with the outcome. Thank you Me Renaud.

Horrible. Went to see her with my ex for a joint divorce. She sent the papers to court 4 months later than she told us. Then, she disapeared. Never returned phone calls or emails. Few months goes by, I call the court house for a follow up. They said that a letter on incomplete file was sent to lawyer. They never received an answer and put my file in archive. Stay away from her

Awful, never returns calls, or emails, you have to hunt her down just to get an answer, then its like you are bothering her when you finally do....a year into a custody battle and plenty of money spent I have nothing. Prepares for court at the last second, has never sent me any court documents so as I know what is going on. I am in the dark and when I ask for answers its always you need to come to my office so we can go over things...not a good value in my opinion for the money and she is terrible and letting you know what is going on and where things stand....avoid

Me Renaud hastily prepared for the trial and had poor legal arguments to defend my case. The net result was an unfavourable judgement. Communication with her office is often difficult as she is poorly organized and doesn't return her calls. She is however very quick on the billing with poor records of the activities she completed on once behalf.I would not recommend her as a lawyer.

Can be difficult to get in touch with sometimes. I know she is a busy woman, but emails that are urgent go unanswered for a week or so at a time, emails saying she will contact me tomorrow and it never happens. Last court case it was like we were blindsided and unprepared giving me an unfavorable judgement....Over all a good lawyer but the lack of communication is a big negative

She takes so long to get in contact with. We are getting harassed by revenue quebec for child support, and she's just fooling around and sending us bills when we have no proof that she's even working at all. She says she'd call back, but that was last summer. She's ignoring us and avoiding us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER. SHE WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH AND WILL ALMOST NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

Sooo thankful, Me Renaud told me not to panic, she said it would get better. I got custody of my 4 kids and a huge settlement in my divorce. Thank you!

Very good result considering that my case had gone on for more than 10 years. I finally obtained my divorce and received what the law said I should have gotten years ago. I had tried with 3 previous lawyers who did not know how to deal with the multiple issues in my file. So happy to have found her and I highly recommend her for international issues.

Surprisingly not expensive in the end. I received good information and knew where I stood at all times in my case. Some issues with communication but she was available to me when I needed her most. Very busy but consciencious.
