Alan is excellent. Hard working and honest to a fault. He has handled many matters for my business and family. He has talked me out of several matters because they would not generate a good result for me or it would cost too much. I wish I had met him before some of my earlier attorneys. I'm sorry to say that this man has been a total disappointment to me and my family. I have a daughter that has been missing for 6 months.I hired Mr. Dagen on November 30,2015. Mr. Dagen and I agreed to do a lawsuit against her boy friend for negligence. I gave him 5,000 dollars down. Since I hired him, he has done nothing. He is avoiding me and does not return my phone calls.I have lost total confidence in him.

He took our money, not knowledgeable at all, have always excuses and misfortunes, is not to meet deadlines and blames it on personal problems. Warning to the public, he will take your money, will create bills in order to inflate the bills. Will take cases that he has no knowledge and experience.

All he will do is take your money and not keep you updated on your case, then just never call or email again after getting paid $10,000 dollars.. Don't use him!!
