Gary Merenstein was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my particular situation. He deals with debt attorneys and litigation on a regular basis. I appreciated the fact that he fought for me, responded to my emails and text promptly and didn't have a knee-jerk reaction to bankruptcy as an only option. I would highly recommend Mr. Merenstein to anyone going through some debt troubles.

I really appreciated that Gary seemed to care about me as a person and was very understanding of my situation. Gary will listen to you so that he completely understands what he needs to know about your situation and advise you of the best possible ways forward. Gary knows his stuff and the industry when it comes to debt collection cases and practices. Not only did Gary go out of his way to get me the best possible outcome to my situation but he tried to explore every possible way that they might possibly have to pay ME for not following debt collection laws and regulations. I couldn't recommend Gary more if you have any debt collection letters, issues, or cases that you are being hassled about.

I recently had the good fortune of finding Gary Merenstein to help me with a problem I had with a collection agency trying to collect on a debt my ex ran up after the divorce. I had contacted 5 lawyers with my question, 3 of them emailed and wanted me to file bankruptcy even though legally I was not liable. Gary is the only one who called me back, knew exactly what to do, and then followed up to make sure it was all settled. He literally saved my financial life. If you need help with a legal problem, you have found the right guy in Gary Merenstein. He knows his stuff, and he is a good guy.
