	9/22/11	2	1	1	1	1	The following is just my personal opinion; a family member relied on Ms. Williams to represent her however she failed to secure requested info. from opposing attorney, failed to prepare herself for mediation resulting in emotional and financial devastion. In my opinion billing hours were greatly inflated.
