Harvey Goldstein is one of the best lawyers! What makes him so special? We'll first of all he is a go getter in his field as well as a very punctual,caring, and a very professional family lawyer with tons of experience. Harvey knows the law and won't promise unrealistic results like other lawyers just to keep you paying. He tries to avoid court battles. He is also very calm and understanding. He understands that divorce is a very trying time. I highly recommend Harvey.

He seems to only want to tear apart families. For example, he doesn't care what happens to the couple and their relationship rather; and their relationship with their kids, as long as he gets paid. Doesn't look at all the facts, jumps to quick conclusions, and usually only ones in his best interest.

Why are the ratings so high? Seems he rates himself. He is a poor negotiator who causes loss to his clients interests, allowing the other party to take leverage. Provides poor advice, which gives the other party an unfair advantage and does not resolve the disputes. Causes delays which benefit no one but his deep pockets. He is the only one who wins in the end.

Great Lawyer. Really cares about his clients. Understands that when you have kids you need a relationship with your ex-spouse after the divorce and it's best if its a good one.

Excellent lawyer. Understands that divorcing couples are far better off resolving their issues out of court. Is very collaborative with other lawyers and prefers mediation to court battles. Rates are very reasonable and very competitive.

I met with Mr. Harvey Goldstein. Unlike other divorce lawyers he knows what he's talking about. He does not encourage to fight the spouse, rather puts the true picture on the table. He is very honest unlike all the other divorce lawyers that I met. He does not want to suck you dry. I would highly recommend Mr. Goldstein.

My experience working with Mr. Goldstein have been very positive. I felt very comfortable while talking with him. He always got back to to me quickly.
