I hired Morgan because I was with CIW out of Windsor and he had done good work for me and he had to let go of his practice because of personal reasons so he recommended that I switch to Morgan because he knew how good Morgan was and how he takes the cases seriously...He has recently won an appeal for me which I am very greatful to him...without him I would have starved and lost everything...I would recommend Morgan Consulting to anybody who is having issues with WSIB or Canada Pension...He is a very smart man and knows what he is doing. After I payed this lawer, he would not return my calls or handle my case. I should have received money for a disibilitiey caused from a work place injury, and I was pushed into a job that was against my limitations. I was also denied training from compansation, this is why I hired morgan Lawrence. He never did file anything on my behalf to get my money and did not fight on my behalf in regards to them pushing me into a job that is clearly against my limitation. This should have been a open and shut case, The doctors say I can't do phisical jobs and that I need to be retrained for a job that I can do, how ever compansation refused to train me for a job I could do, and never did pay me my money for being disabled. I have contacted morgan several times but he will not do anything with this case. now I am un-employed and I can not get a job do to my limitaions and I have not been retrained . I asked for Morgans help he tells me that he closed my case and I am on my own.
