He got me $25,000 for my slip n fall. I had no insurance and he got me a doc for free. I like him because you can tell he cares even if you don’t have a big case.

Mr. O'Toole helped me win my felony charge and was also the friendliest and most down to earth lawyer. He also helped my family get a $1 million dollar settlement. I call him and text him all the time.. he always responds. He has been helping me and my family for the past 10 years.

I hired Christopher O'Toole to represent me for a drug trafficking charge after I discharged my "high profile" attorney (who tried to get me to take a 3 year prison deal). I was genuinely impressed with the way he handled my case. I really thought I was guilty, but Attorney O'Toole convinced me to reject the 3 year deal and take my case to trial. He was the best attorney I have ever seen in trial. He made the lead detective look like an amateur. He actually called the detective a "creative" in front of the jury because as Mr. O'Toole said..."You don't detect crimes, you create them, isn't that true?" He argued that I was entrapped by the detective and it was the detective who pressured me to sell him cocaine. I am forever grateful because the jury found me NOT GUILTY!!!! Thank you Mr. O'Toole!

I hired this lawyer to handle a minor defense matter for me. I thought he was being helpful because the retainer was only a thousand dollars. In the past few weeks I have called the office constantly but he has not been responsive at all as if he is too busy to handle my case. Now the court date is coming up and I am going to show up and explain that I have not been well represented and hopefully I will be able to get an extention to hire another attorney. I am very dissappointed because I have not been able to effectively communicate with him and I am sure that we are not prepared. I am paniking right now.

He is not expansive, very young and thinks he can judge a client all by the book, not true. Not going out of his way either to find out. Claims he knows the Judge personally and does not even show up for court day. So, maybe the case has been discussed in private or at lucnh, not good. Can tell you he comes from a upper class family. Would not recommend his services any public lawyer can do maybe more anyways.
