charged $400 an hour to talk mostly of himself for at least half of each hour, also did the same charge on phone calls, even ten minute phone calls...bullied us into thinking our kids lives would be ruined because they could get their wages garnisheed when they got old enough to get jobs all this over my late mothers estate which had less than ten thousand dollars since she had been in a nursing home for six years and her money was used up but my siblings decided that they would sue me, my hubby and my two young children for almost a quarter of a million dollars that they felt we must have stolen-they thought there was a life insurance policy I stole...and there never was any such policy and I didnt steal, the estate owed me a few thousand dollars...this case should have been simple but was stretched six years, four lawyers, and the bills for the lawyers were outrageous, however after finally going to trial with a good lawyer, I paid the siblings absolutely nothing, and this feels good
