What Mr. Baer is, is tenacious. What he isn't, is ethical. Nor does his personal life reflect the professional life he advertises. Mr. Baer was sanctioned by the State Bar of California. Why? Mr. Baer was arrested for battery on his wife. Did he lose his license to practice law? He did not. Mr. Baer appears to be a "good guy" but the record is clear. He's not. The State Bar of California only publically sanctions the most eggregious of attorneys. Mr. Baer is sanctioned and it is publically disclosed when you search for him on the State Bar of California website. Attorneys need to be held accountable. Why are we being represented by people like this?
