Very suspicious behavior from this lawyer. Paid him some money and gave him some extra which he denied receiving even though I saw him double checking the money before putting it into his pocket. A total scamp.He never gave me a receipt even though I asked him for one.He keeps asking for more money but has never shown me what work he's done on my behalf. Do not recommend anyone going to him for any sort of immigration work!

He took money to file I130 for my wife & never file the paper work, 9 months later I never got a receipt from USCIS, when I went back at his office and spoke to him about it and tell him I want my money back he told me he doesn't refund, I gave him $ 920.00 cash, $420.00 filling fee & $500.00 to do the paper work for me, I called uscis and they said nothing were sent in to them from him for my wife, he robbed me my hard earned money

HE IS THE WORST POSSIBLE LAWYER. HE DOES NOT KNOW THE LAW AND WILL FILE ANY PAPER WORK BLINDLY JUST TO COLLECT MONEY. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CASE, STAY AWAY FROM HIM

Albert Baldeo has helped many people overcome their legal problems. He is a champion, but his political opponents will always attack him. Without his help, Richmond Hill will have become a ghost town. His fees are reasonable, and he lives up to his word. Baldeo cannot help terrorists, felons and cheats achieve anything-no lawyer can.

This lawyer is a crook and don't recommend anyone to use his services. He took $5000 from my parents for immigrations services he did not thing we had to redo ourself there is quite a few people in the Richmond Hill Queens area he did this too.
