Steve Sico did a great job for my wife and I...Not a good job but a great one. I came to Steve's office more nervous then i have ever been. I wanted a divorce from my husband and had no idea where to start. From the first phone call to his secretary Connie, I felt comfortable and at ease. Steve was professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. Had a problem with those maniacs over at Wells Fargo and came to Attorney Sico for help. Turns out it was the best thing we could have ever done. He worked with us to get a very big problem resolved and he did it working against a mortgage company that was for all intents and purposes useless to deal with. I recently had a problem with destruction of property that I thought wasn't even worth anyone's time. I thought I was going to have to eat the cost myself and out of desperation I reached out to Mr. Sico. I figured it was a free consult so hey, what's the harm? Good thing I did - not only did he assure me that he could get me compensated but I had a check in my hand faster than I ever had hoped! Steven has stuck with me through thick and thin as I went through bankruptcy, bad real estate deals and legal disputes with family members. He's protected me from unnecessary slings and arrows from banks and other creditors. He never obscured the truth from me and I always felt that he had my back. If there are any minuses, I would have to say that he's sometimes slower about getting back to me than I'd like, but I attribute this to his work load because eventually he does. He's never abandoned me. I don't hesitate for a second in giving him my highest endorsement.

I used Steve when i lost my job. My employer didnt offer me family leave which i didnt even know i was entitled too till i saw him or cobra and i was very sick. Steve got me my insurance and a decent settlement. He also got my employer to not bad mouth me when i was healthy enough to go back to work. I honestly dont know what would have happened to me and my family without him. Thank you Steve.

The man terribly botched two cases that he was supposed to handle for me concurrently. His paperwork on and employment matter revealed lack of knowledge. He failed to produce evidence as requested by the defendant – case was dismissed. I do not recommend his services!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr.Sico. Both himself and his staff were very knowledgeable. Mr.Sico answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop during my divorce procedure. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner as were emails. I was named executor of an estate with dozens of delinquent medical and credit card bills and a house in foreclosure due to payments not having been made for almost a year. Since the responsibilities were overwhelming and I live out of state, I seriously considered resigning despite my deep desire to carry out the wishes of the decedent. However, Steve encouraged me to stay with it. His down to earth, confident style and positive perspective swayed me to continue. We probated the will and Steve favorably settled the numerous claims against the estate. He also recommended an experienced real estate agent to help us sell the house in a difficult market. Steve did the contract review and closing for us, which is very complicated in an estate sale case. His fees were very reasonable and he was available for the many needed phone calls. I highly recommend Steve for any legal work, and particularly in complex cases like ours that require extensive time and commitment to complete.

I met Steve 15 years ago. My family had to make the difficult decision to remove my niece from her mom. Although it was in her best interest, it did not make things any easier. However, after speaking with Steve we became secure and comfortable. Shortly after, I had the opportunity to watch him in the courtroom. His professional demeanor took control of the situation, while still recognizing he was fighting for a little girl’s welfare. He took our family by the hand and walked us through. He not only did his job as a lawyer, but as a friend.
I will never forget the smile on his face when he was able to tell us it was over and we had won. Taking my niece home to my family and seeing the smile on her face I knew we had made the right decision and had the best of the best to help us accomplish it.

I used Steve for a house closing and found him to be very good. The first prospective buyer went far into the process and backed out of the deal.Thank goodness the second buyer went to closing. Steve did double the work but did not charge me any extra. I felt he was guarding my interests and communicated with' me on a daily basis. He showed up on time and waited for hours for the closing which got held up. He didn't complain and was very cooperative.

Had the worst experience with this attorney. Recommended him to friends and regret it. He charged my friend to do a Power of Attorney, the attorney spent all of 10 minutes with the client, he said he couldn't do that Power of Attorney and instead of reimbursing her at least of quarter or what she paid, he kept it all. Heard so many bad stories about how he doesn't work on clients work and how he lets things sit.
