Do NOT use this company. I am in the process of going thru mediation since the company does not want to pay funds that were collected almost a full year ago.

Don't use Taylor, Reed & Sloan Inc. They called on multiple occasions and finally we decided to try them with a customer that was 90 days past due. Will they collected the money in Feb and we haven't seen it yet. That makes them over 150 days past due. I call several times a week and get the same answer. The check is in the mail. The check has been in the mail for two months now. I'm still waiting!
