I hired them to collect on a bad check 2 years ago. Talked to the person who wrote it and he said he paid the bad debt. Now they don't even return my phone calls. No money, nothing!

He is very arrogant, nasty, demanding and overall not very professional. He threatened me with a $4000.00 criminal complaint, BUT would settle for $750.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COLLECTION COMPANY, THEY SWEAR AND HANG UP ON YOU, HARRASS OUR CLIENTS. THEY MAKE SETTLEMENTS WITHOUT TALKING TO US, AND THEN TURN AROUND AND LIE TO US. DO NOT CONTACT THESE PEOPLE AT ALL, TAKE IT TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

We have had the exact same problems with this firm as everyone else here...we spent 6 months trying to get our money. We finally started the mediation process (as required on their contract and had our money 2 days after they received the mediation request. I would suggest contacting Rene Grafals at the Broward County Courthouse 954.831.7752, he was a huge help.

Same again they keep my money they collected, this is a bad bad bad company and needs to be closed. please contact the fl attorney general regarding any issues you may have. they are rude and sumbags

Same story they kept my money they collected and I have not got a check. I have reported them to Florida Office of Financial Regulation (OFR) go to there web site and file a complant maybe they can do something. Here is hoping.

We hired Taylor Reed and Sloan, Inc. to collect an unpaid debt from our customer on December 15, 2011. They made a settlement with my customer, according to my customer, but Taylor Reed and Sloan Inc. is denying they made that agreement. Taylor Reed and Sloan did collect $3000.00 in that settlement and will not pay us the $2250.00 which is what is due to us after their 25% fee. The employees in their office keep putting me off and giving excuses as to why they have not sent me my money. First they were going to send me a check June 5, 2012. Then it was July 5, 2012. Here it is July 23, 2012, and I still don't have the check. I was told today, Julye 23, 2012 that the owner of the company is on vacation and will be back on July 26, 2012 to sign checks at which time ours will be mailed out. Another excuse! Everytime I call they have another excuse.

Don't use Taylor, Reed & Sloan Inc. They called on multiple occasions and finally we decided to try them with a customer that was 90 days past due. Will they collected the money in Feb and we haven't seen it yet. That makes them over 150 days past due. I call several times a week and get the same answer. The check is in the mail. The check has been in the mail for two months now. I'm still waiting!

Consumer Beware of Taylor Reed & Sloan, Inc. They are sleeze bag collection attorney's. They collected 25% of the claim and kept all of my money. Attoreny's like these guys shouls be disbarred, tarred and feathered. They are the lowest form of life just below whale dung!
