Paid for Palmisano. He gave my case to one of his associates. $9000 later no progress on my case was made. I had to let them go. The "associate" was late to court frequently. I told her to mail me hard copies of our paperwork (no emails) to a specified address. Not only did she continue to email me(@$85 per) she sent me numerous copies of the same paperwork already sent to the specified address AND my marital home. Her communication skills with the opposing attorney were also poor. So if you like spending money and spinning your wheels and having an attorney that just wants to rack up billable hours this is the place to go. If you decide to use this firm ask to use James Palmisano directly.

Careful when using this firm. They have zero ethics when it comes to the wellbeing of the children. They have been caught in numerous lies and don't have a problem with not being liable for their actions. They played the shell game with multiple copies of orders. The we being of kids is not their number one priority.

I am very impressed with James Palmisano. He knows the law and works very hard for his clients. He is not intimidated by other lawyers. The quality of his work is proven by the positive outcomes in favor of his clients. His integrity has earned him respect from other lawyers and the judges. He listens and communicates with all necessary parties. I know lawyers are expensive but he is one that is actually worth it! My sister went through a nasty divorce. Once she hired him he turned it all around. I am proud of him for the care he took in my sister's case.

Mr. Palmisano has represented me for quite some time now. I have seen miracles happen in the court room when he is there. He is aggressive and doesn't give up. He is my 4th lawyer and I am so blessed to have found him. I put my case in the hands of the Lord and Mr. Palmisano.

I filed a grievance against Paulmisano with the ARDC for unethical behavior and misconduct as acting GAL. I was able to identify over 7 out of 12 violations in the code of ethics. My suggestion, beware. Previous clientel, there is no statute of limitations to file a grievance with the ARDC against am attorney. Do the right thing. Don't allow him to wreck another life and get away with it. File a complaint with the ARDC.

Mr. Palmisano is a great divorce attorney who faught very hard for me and helped me stay focused and what was really important to me and the well being of my child. He is very fare and will let you know what you should fight for and what is a was of time. He always returned phone calls and kept me informed of everything. As hard as divorce is and the emotion involved Mr. Palmisano was ther for me and helped me get the best settlement possible. I recomend him to anyone going through a bad and complicated divorece. He was there for my son and I.

I hired Mr. Palmisano during very trying times, after my previous lawyer withdrew from my case. He quickly took charge, finished all the discovery that had not been done and as a result I received a very fair settlement. He was able to help me also reslove joint parenting issues with my spouse that I thought could never be resloved without a long draged out fight. His fees were also reasonable.
